GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR") we would like to inform that:
- The administrator of personal data is KORONEA with its registered office in Włoszczowa, Poland (postal code 29-100) at ul. Jędrzejowska 79c, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Kielce, 10th Division of the National Court Register under reference number KRS 0000406180, with share capital PLN 298 863 750,00 paid-up in full, with tax ID NIP 609-00-70-696, (hereinafter referred to as KORONEA).

- KORONEA will process personal data for statistical purposes.
- Providing data is neither a statutory nor contractual requirement. The data (IP number, operating system, Internet service provider details, browser type and version, date and time of visiting the website, websites from which the ZPUE website has been opened) are retrieved when the zpue.pl website is navigated.
- KORONEA processes personal data pursuant to Art. 6 .1. f of the GDPR.
- The legitimate interest pursued by KORONEA is to analyse the use of the koronea.com website.
- The personal data may be received by entities that provide KORONEA with website analysis and management services.
- The personal data will be stored for no longer than 50 months.
- Any data subject has the right to request the access to their personal data from KORONEA, the data rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing as well as the right to transfer the data.
- Any data subject has the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
- KORONEA does not make any decision that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling and significantly affects the data subject.
COOKIES POLICY
