A graduate of the Leon Koźmiński Academy, he also studied finance management at the Warsaw School of Management, and international economic relations at Krakow University of Economics. Since 2017, she has served on the Supervisory Board of ZPUE S.A., and in 2022, she took on the role of Director of the E-Commerce Department at ZPUE. She's the Editor-in-Chief of e-magazyny.pl, a portal focusing on energy storage, renewable energy, and electromobility. Additionally, e-magazyny.pl publishes a printed quarterly, produces a podcast, and hosts industry conferences. She has a diverse academic background. An alumna of the London School of Economics, the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London, and the Jagiellonian University, She also attended a specialised course on family office management at Harvard Business School.
From childhood, she has been interested in animals and their welfare. She completed postgraduate studies in Animal Rights at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw and is actively involved in organisations dedicated to animal protection.

Małgorzata Wypychewicz is a Polish businesswoman who has, along with her husband Bogusław Wypychewicz, been behind the success of ZPUE S.A. since 1994. She has been involved with ZPUE almost since the company’s inception. [expand]

Małgorzata is the Mastermind and Founder of the “Jesteśmy Blisko” Foundation. Since its creation 13 years ago from the needs of the heart, the Foundation has become a major part of community life in Włoszczowa, the town which is home to the Foundation and ZPUE.
Today, the Foundation has hundreds of people in its charge, whom it provides with the resources necessary in their struggles with serious illness and difficult life conditions.
Constant movement and change are a natural part of life for Małgorzata. In her private life she draws energy from constant travel and sport. She loves running, and skiing with her family in winter.
Wojciech Jezierski joined the Koronea team in April 2024. He is responsible for the management and development of the Wypychewicz family's Family Office and ownership oversight of the assets held.[expand]
Wojtek has 24 years of experience in investments, project financing, strategic consulting and corporate governance. For 12 years, before joining Koronea, he was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at the private equity fund Abris Capital Partners, which managed assets worth €1.3 billion. During that time, he successfully completed a number of transactions, such as Novago - energy from waste, Graal - food manufacturing and Endego - engineering services, and evaluated more than 500 potential investments. He has served on the supervisory boards of many portfolio companies.
Wojtek began his career in investment banking, where he worked for more than 12 years, first at Access (a joint venture with Rothschild) and later at UniCredit Group and independent advisory firm Lasanoz Finance, serving private and corporate clients and private equity funds.
Wojtek has also served as a mentor for young entrepreneurs and successors working with the Family Business Institute, and as a mentor for the Valores philanthropic project supporting the Polish Medical Mission, a Polish humanitarian organization providing medical aid in emergency situations.
Privately, he is passionate about motorsports and water sports, he runs and is convinced that in private and professional life trust is the basis.

She began her professional career at EY, an international firm providing professional advisory and audit services. There, she focused on supporting clients in M&A processes on both the sell-side and buy-side.
She then joined Lindorff, a company operating in the debt collection market, where she provided comprehensive coordination of buy-side projects. She prepared transaction recommendations and was responsible for the entire investment process as well as the operational integration of companies.
Three years ago, she rejoined EY to build relationships with financial investors.
She has extensive experience in creating and leading cross-border teams, defining strategies, and setting their milestones.
Privately, her passions are traveling and cooking, and she prefers to spend her free time with her family.
